Dal 1875, entrò in contatto con l’ambiente britannico e iniziò a esporre alla Dudley Gallery di Londra, probabilmente grazie a Joseph Severn, console inglese a Roma e pittore, come i figli Walter e Arthur. Inseguì in Inghilterra il successo di pittori italiani quali Nino Costa e Onorato Carlandi, stabilendo diverse utili relazioni sociali e commerciali, ed eseguendo soggetti confacenti al gusto vittoriano; lo scrittore e pittore Edwin Bale divenne suo allievo. Comunque, non riescì a mantenere un rapporto continuativo con Londra e, dal 1890, fu meno presente sulla scena inglese.

As from 1875, Cabianca entered into contact with the British artistic environment and exhibited at the Dudley gallery in London, probably thanks to Joseph Severn, British consul in Rome and a painter, as were his sons Walter and Arthur. He pursued the success obtained by Italian artists like Nino Costa and Onorato Carlandi, establishing useful social and commercial relationships and interpreting subjects in line with current Victorian taste; the writer and painter Edwin Bale became his pupil. However, he failed to maintain a lasting contact with London and, after 1890, was increasingly absent from the English art scene.
