Non è documentato alcun viaggio dell’artista in Gran Bretagna, anche se pare sia entrato in contatto con una clientela anglosassone intorno alla metà degli anni Settanta. Tra il 1879 e il 1883, si qualificò con la partecipazione alle mostre della Royal Academy, ottenendo poi successo commerciale anche in molte gallerie private.

There is no evidence that Andreotti ever visited Great Britain, although he seems to have formed a British clientèle in the mid-1870s. Between 1879 and 1883, he obtained recognition through participation in the Royal Academy exhibitions, and then enjoyed commercial success in many private galleries.
