A parte un ritratto eseguito da Giacomo Favretto, sono poche le notizie sull’artista. Benuzzi invia due acquerelli a Brera rispettivamente nel 1887 e nel 1888. In seguito sembra che si stabilisca ad Hamstead, Londra. Zelmira Benuzzi, forse una parente, espone una veduta italiana eseguita ad ago all’Italian Exhibition di Londra del 1888.

There is little information about the artist, apart from his portrait by Giacomo Favretto. He presented two watercolours at Brera respectively in 1887 and in 1888, after which he seems to have settled in Hampstead. Zelmira Benuzzi, perhaps a relation, exhibited an Italian view in needlework at the Italian Exhibition of 1888 in London.
