Non è documentato alcun viaggio di Giuseppe Palizzi in Inghilterra. Fu considerato più francese che italiano, e le sue opere compaiono in mostre e vendite inglesi specie negli anni Cinquanta.

There is no documentation regarding a trip to Great Britain by the artist. He was considered more French than Italian, and his works figure in exhibitions and sales chiefly in the 1850s.
